I received this note from an agility student of mine…….could she be referring to you?
Hi. There’s a Pyr Shep, 4 year old spayed female, with a conformation championship and a CDX somewhere in the NY/NJ area, that is currently being rehomed by its breeder.
The owner is considering selling it to a woman I have had dealings with, who is totally inappropriate for the dog. Her current pack of dogs is filled with 4 or 5 dominant Belgian Sheepdog bitches, this dog wouldn’t stand a chance against them or her Belgian male.
If you happen to know who the breeder is, I’d be willing to tell her to rethink this rehoming. I don’t normally do this, but, I believe strongly the dog’s best interests would not include placement into that environment.
